Handle all aspects of DP Account Opening for individuals,
non-individuals, trusts, NRIs, and NRO accounts, both physically and digitally. Adequate knowledge and experience of using CDAS system for Account opening @ CDSL
Manage account modifications, reactivations, and
closures in adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Address audit queries and exchange alerts related
to the account opening process.
Provide training and support to business associates
to streamline account opening processes.
Offer expert support in addressing customer queries
related to account openings, ensuring quick resolutions and high customer
satisfaction. Job

Meticulous review of account opening documentation
for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure due diligence in meeting all regulatory
requirements and staying updated on changes in KYC, ReKYC, and KRA processes.
Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer
inquiries, maintaining high service standards.
Ability to guide internal teams and external
business partners in best practices for account opening processes. Technical
Competencies:
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements
related to KYC, ReKYC, modification, reactivation, and KRA.
